Azerbaijan will be Represented by Prime Minister at Next CIS Government Heads Meeting

Azerbaijan will be represented by the Prime Minister Artur Rasizade at the next meeting of the CIS Government Heads scheduled to take place on 24 November in Minsk, Trend reports quoting the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan.

The agenda of the forthcoming meeting has already been submitted by the CIS Executive Committee to the Azerbaijani Government and is under consideration, the same source stated.

The Council of the CIS Government Heads will consider a number of financial documents at the forthcoming meeting. The documents include decisions on the Regulations on united budget of CIS bodies financed at the expense of the budget finances of the CIS member countries, on the parameters of the united budget of CIS bodies financed at the expense of the budget finances of the CIS member countries, transition of the CIS security bodies financed from the united budget into the united labour payment system.

In addition, the Government Heads will consider the questions linked with the implementation of the Plans of realizing important measures directed towards developing and raising the efficiency of the interaction of the CIS member countries in the economic sphere in 2003-2010, Action Program for the development of the CIS for a period of up to 2005.

The Government Heads will organize debates on the report of the Head of the CIS Anti-Terror Center on the activities of the Center, and will discuss a series of staff questions.

It is intended that the fully agreed documents will be signed by the Government Heads without discussion.
