Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / The preliminary hearing was held which included the Protective brigade of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Rasim Muradov.
The Martial Court of the Grave Court reported to the Trend Agency that the next hearing chaired by Judge Iskandar Hajiyev, was scheduled for 27 September.
Charges against Muradov were withdrawn lack of evidence of bribery and abuse of powers. Initially Muradov was charged with contravening Article 311.3.2 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
Muradov was arrested on 24 July. A criminal case has been filed by Colonel Mirzali Yusifov.
