Upon the decision by the Court on Heinous Crimes, former president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Company Huseyn Arabul was sentenced to two years imprisonment.

Azerbaijani court made a sentence on a Turkish businessman.

Upon the decision by the Court on Heinous Crimes, former president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Company Huseyn Arabul was sentenced to two years imprisonment.

According to court decision, the citizen of Turkey Ayhan Donmez was sentenced to one year and five-month of conditional punishment, and the citizens of Azerbaijan Mahir Latifov, Elnur Huseynov, Famil Guliyev and Ramal Alekberov - one year imprisonment.
The above-mentioned persons are accused of illegally crossing the border and giving bribe.

Upon decision of the Court on Heinous Crimes, in 2007 former president of Barmek-Azerbaijan Company Huseyn Arabul was sentenced to five years conditional punishment, with a fine of $1.370 million manat. The court also banned Arabul to leave Azerbaijan.
