The Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) and UK Glasgow University signed a memorandum of understanding, ADA's Communications Department said on Nov. 4.
According to the memorandum, student exchange will be carried out between the two universities each academic semester. During each semester two students will have the opportunity to participate in this programme.
The memorandum also envisages academic, cultural as well as research exchange programmes for students.
It should be noted that the memorandum of understanding was signed by the ADA Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr Patrick Quinn and Head of the College of Social Sciences of the Glasgow University, Professor Anne Anderson.
Dr Quinn spoke about the importance of this mutual programme between the two universities and cooperation to be established saying this memorandum is of great significance for the teacher and student staff of the two universities.
Scottish-based Glasgow University was established in 1451 and is one of the four oldest universities of Britain.
