BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 5. Nearly 440 million manat ($258.8 million) will be allocated in connection with the increase in the minimum wage in Azerbaijan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev said during the briefing, Trend reports.
Aliyev noted that the increase in the minimum wage will cover 440,000-450,000 people working in the public sector.
