BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. Turkish Embassy in Baku has appealed to the citizens living in Azerbaijan in connection with the second round of the presidential elections, Trend reports via the embassy's Twitter.

According to the publication, 4 ballot boxes will be installed at the embassy on May 20 and 21, and one ballot box will be installed on May 22.

The voting of Turkish citizens in Azerbaijan in the second round of the presidential elections in Türkiye will be held on May 20-22 in the buildings of the embassy in Baku, Consulate General of the country in Ganja and Nakhchivan.

About 60 million people took part in the presidential and parliamentary elections held in Türkiye on May 14.

According to the results of the counting of votes in the presidential elections, Recep Tayyip Erdogan won 49.50 percent of the votes, Kemal Kilicdaroglu - 44.89 percent, Sinan Ogan - 5.17 percent, and Muharrem Ince - 0.44 percent. Since no one has won more than 50 percent of the vote, the second round of presidential elections will be held in Türkiye on May 28.
