Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. E.Huseynli / Imran Mammadov, the director of the Metrology Broadcasting Bureau of the National Metrology Department at the Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry, stated on 27 July that the temperature would rise in Azerbaijan in August as compared to July.
According to Mammadov, the temperature will fall by 3o or 4o degrees from 27 July. Northwest winds are expected in many regions of Azerbaijan, as well as in the Absheron Peninsula. Rains are also expected. The cool weather will continue by 29 July, but from 30 July the temperature will gradually rise. The maximum temperature will reach 39o .
