BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 4. Know Your Customer (E-KYC) system, created by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), will be launched in 2023, Trend reports via the Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA).
According to ABA, the issue was discussed during an online meeting held on April 1 together with representatives of the CBA as part of the implementation of the Digital Payments Strategy for 2021-2023.
"Draft amendments to the legislation related to the use of the E-KYC system will be prepared and submitted this year," ABA said.
