Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 16 / Trend , U.Ismayilova/ In Nov. prices at real estate market of Baku dropped by 1.7% - to $1,678 for sq.m, MBA Group consulting company said on Dec. 16.
"This price cut is connected to financial crisis at world market," the company said.
Part of houses, which have been offered at the market from $115,000 to $138,000, made up 28.7% in portfolio of the market in Nov. A medium room figure amounted to 2.34 (-1.3), an average price of each house - $49,800 and an average price of house - $116,300 in Nov.
Part of houses, which have been offered at the market higher than an average price, made up 43.5% and lower than average - 56.6%.
Exposition term of houses rose by 10.3% in Nov.
