The Lezzet Qida biscuit factory located in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is working on the new cookie assortment, Executive Director of the factory Emin Rzayev told Trend.
"Presently, the preparation for the production of new types of biscuits is at the final stage,” he added. “We plan to launch a new production line till the end of 2019. Several types of cookies, including cookies with jelly, are expected to be produced."
“Up to 18 tons of cookies are planned to be produced per day,” Rzayev said. “The products will be sold in the domestic market, while in the future the products are expected to be exported abroad.”
The products have a certificate of conformity issued by the Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents. The Turkish modern equipment has been installed at the factory.
