BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 12. Iran's non-oil trade turnover with Kyrgyzstan increased by 68.8 percent in value and 11 percent in volume, during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through June 21, 2023), compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
As indicated in the data of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran's non-oil trade turnover with Kyrgyzstan for the reporting period amounted to 12,300 tons worth approximately $14.4 million.
Meanwhile, in the same period of the last Iranian year, the non-oil trade turnover between the two countries stood at 11,000 tons worth approximately $8.5 million.
In the 3rd month of the current Iranian year alone (May 22 through June 21, 2023), Iran's trade turnover with Kyrgyzstan amounted to nearly 3,740 tons worth $5.1 million.
The main goods traded between Iran and Kyrgyzstan year were petrochemical products, agricultural products, phosphoric acid, etc.
Overall, Iran's non-oil trade turnover amounted to 44.1 million tons worth $26.5 billion within the first three months of the current Iranian year.
