Production Unit Azerkimya of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has started to repair a flare tower on one of the plant of the complex EP-300, SOCAR said Aug.2.
According to the company, the length of the flare tower is 125 meters.
It's envisaged replace steam pipes, neutralizing gas, pipeline isolation, the strengthening of transporting pipelines during the repair works.
The works will be conducted at an height of 80-125 meters, due to which a special staff consisting of metalworkers, electricians and gas welders, has been selected.
