The Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Ministry announced a tender to provide consultancy services on improving legislation on ABOEM and ESI and bringing it into line with EU legislation under the second lot of the Energy Sector Reforms Program.
Interested parties should submit an application for participation, and other documentation until 5:00 a.m. on Jan. 13.
A bank guarantee must be submitted to the Energy Ministry until 12:00 a.m. on Jan. 24.
Tender bids will be unsealed at 11:00 a.m. on Jan. 25. Bidders can participate in this process.
