A gas station in Turkmenistan’s capital – Ashgabat - will be completely reconstructed, Trend reports with reference to the “Zolotoy Vek” (Golden Age) newspaper.
The work on the gas station modernization is carried out by the self-supporting repair and construction enterprise of the Main Department of Turkmennebitonumleri state concern
Work is underway to expand the territory of the station. Fuel storage tanks and an increased amount of fuel distribution equipment will be moved to a new location. Redevelopment and replacement of the equipment will optimize the process of car maintenance and increase the level of environmental safety at the facility.
New gas stations are being built in the country. Previously, a report said a gas station on 750 cars was being built in the country's Lebap region. A similar facility in Carjew district (formerly Turkmenabat) of this region was built in December last year.
A network of gas stations was built on the territory of Turkmenistan , and in particular in Dashoguz region in the first half of 2019. Mentioned gas station was equipped with the latest computer technology, therefore was capable of servicing cars around the clock. The stations also had a car maintenance point, vulcanization and car wash.
