Georgia, Tbilisi / Trend corr. N.Kirckhalia / Isaak Novruzov was appointed as head of The Observation Council of the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation by order of Zurab Nogaideli, the Georgian Prime Minister. Nogaideli signed the order on 4 June. This order releases Novruzov from his role as Deputy Energy Minister of Georgia.
From 1995 to1999 Novruzov has been the MP of the Georgian Parliament. He was then appointed Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister of Georgia from 2000 to 2002 and in 2003 to the present time, has been the Deputy Energy Minister of Georgia.
