Azerbaijan exported 1.1 million tons of goods by road as of early November 2020, which is 0.65 percent less compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports referring to the State Customs Committee.
In monetary terms, the export of cargo by road amounted to $975.4 million, an annual growth of 1.15 percent.
Azerbaijan’s goods export by road for the reporting period totaled slightly over $6 billion, which is 0.8 percent less than in the same period of 2019.
From January through October of this year the volume of road cargo transportation reached 3 million tons (by nearly 0.04 percent more than in the same period of last year)
Imports of goods by road as of early November this year amounted to over 1.9 million tons, while in terms of money - $5 billion (rise of 1.2 percent).
The foreign trade turnover of Azerbaijan in the past 10 months of 2020 made up over $21 billion, which is 25.7 percent less compared to the same period of 2019.
