ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 27. The increasing supplies of sowing and harvesting equipment from the American company “John Deere” will contribute to the renewal of Turkmenistan's agro-industrial complex, Trend reports via Turkmenistan's official media.
According to the information, this was stated at the meeting of the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the General manager at “John Deere” Walldorf International Gmbh Company Csaba Lejko.
In the course of the conversation, the parties discussed the importance of agriculture for Turkmenistan's economy and steps to modernize it, including the introduction of advanced technologies and innovations.
One of the brightest evidences of successful cooperation is the increasing supplies of John Deere sowing and harvesting machinery, which is effectively used in local conditions. The company's machinery has become an important tool for increasing the production potential of agriculture in Turkmenistan.
The aspect of training qualified personnel for the agro-industrial complex was also emphasized, which is a key area of long-term partnership between Turkmenistan and the American company. The parties agreed to strengthen joint work in this area.
