$27 billion worth of goods cross Iranian borders

Eight million tons of goods worth $27 billion have passed through Iran's borders in the first 10 months of the Iranian year which ends in March, the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) reported the minister of transportation as saying.

Exports were sent to 164 countries whilst the country imported goods from 153 nations.

Customs data shows that the oil ministry's exports totalled about $110 million in the first 10 months of this year, $35 billion of this being non-petroleum products and $84.5 billion, petroleum and gas condensates. Over the same period, Iran's imports totalled $50.4 billion.
