Iranian representatives of tourism agencies and tour operators are highlighting their country's tourist attractions at Berlinˈs 47th ITB tourism fair, which was officially opened Tuesday evening, IRNA reports.
Numerous Iranian tourism companies are attending the five-day event which offers a complete overview of all products linked to either holiday or business travel.
A total of 10,086 travel groups from 188 nations have registered to take part at the worldˈs biggest travel trade fair, spread across 26 pavilions.
Among the themes of this yearˈs ITB there are environmental and socially responsible tourism along with city travel.
Indonesia has been selected as the travel fairˈs partner country for this year.
The high-profile exhibition is expected to host around 170,000 guests, among them 100,000 travel and tourism experts.
