Levan Ter-Petrosyan, the former Armenian President, met with Jorge Kolombye, a representative of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and Despin Chacivasili, the commission secretary.
Fulfillment of CE commitments by Armenia, the political situation in the country, and also the upcoming presidential elections in Armenia in 2008 were discussed during the meeting, ARKA reports.
The two sides also discussed the changes to the Elections Code of Armenia
Boyan Urumov, a special representative of the Secretary General of the European Council in Armenia, and Alexander Arzumanian, the former Armenian Foreign Minister also participated in the meeting.
