The Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sport jointly with the organization of integration of Azerbaijani young people in Europe will hold an art contest "Fenomen" to study and promote the heritage of National Leader Heydar Aliyev among creative young people living in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sport said.
Together with the nations and national communities the organization wants to contribute to the ongoing public policy related to youth, the information said. This contest is conducted specifically for this purpose.
It is planned to hold competitions on four trends - the best pictures, best poem, best stories and the best handmade within the project.
This event, associated with the study and promotion of the heritage of Heydar Aliyev, will be held for the first time.
Ties with national youth organizations, communities and peoples living in Azerbaijan are maintained within this project. The work related to the project is being conducted. For this purpose, information work will be held with the media.
Guests from state agencies, embassies, private sector and NGOs will be invited to preserve the heritage of Heydar Aliyev.
