Georgian Prime Minister to Visit Baku
Georgia, Tbilisi / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / Zurab Nogaileli, the Georgian Prime Minister, will pay a visit to Azerbaijan approximately on 26-27 September, the Prime Minister's Office informed Trend on 12 September.
During the visit the Georgian prime minister will participate in a meeting of an intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia, diplomatic source announced.
The implementation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway route, increase of the volume of goods turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia will become the major topics of the bilateral talks to be held within the frames of the meeting.
During the visit Nogaideli will hold meetings with his Azerbaijani counterpart Artur Rasizade, who leads commission on the part of Azerbaijan. The prime minister is also expected to be received by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
