Azerbaijan, Baku, 12 February / Trend / The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on changes to the law on the Courier Communication Service Charter.
According to the decree, the Azerbaijani Ministerial Cabinet has been given the responsibility of developing proposals for ensuring the acting legislative acts are adequate with the Law on Changes in the Courier Communication Service Charter. This is to be submitted to the President within a month. The Cabinet also must combine standard juridical acts with the Law and to update the President of that, and also to solve other issues regarding the Law.
The decree shall take effect on the day of issue.
