Two prisoners were detained in Azerbaijan for theft committing.
Jeyhun Jabrailov, Bakhram Rahimov and resident of Bilasuvar region Gabil Garibov, detained in N 8 penal service of the Ministry of Justice, were arrested as a result of the joint search operations conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the police of Agsu region, press-service of the Interior Ministry told Trend on April 13.
According to penal service, the number of thefts committed by prisoners detained in service points increased 7 percent and totaled 64 crimes within the last two years.
Roughly 60 crimes were committed by prisoners detained in these points in 2008.
Gross violations were revealed in points N 3, 6, 11 and 14. Management of these points was punished.
