Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev met today with Iranian spiritual leader representative and National Security Council Secretary Saeed Jalili, the IRNA news agency reported.
Security of Iran and Azerbaijan is interrelated. The impact of some issues on the relations between Azerbaijan and Iran is unacceptable, Jalili said at the meeting.
The sides stressed the importance of expanding the relations between the two countries.
