President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kazakhstan for a working visit Oct. 15 to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State to be held in Burabay, Akmola Province.
A guard of honour was set up for President Aliyev at the Kokshetau Airport decorated with the national flags of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
The president was welcomed by high-ranking state and governmental officials.
