The chairman of the Musavat party Isa Gambar left for the USA on 26 September 2005 on a short-term visit, the Musavat party told Trend. He will take part in the event entitled “The Azerbaijani Political Forum”, staged by the America Enterprise Institute. Gambar will deliver a report at the meeting, as well as hold a number of meetings.
Meetings of the Musavat party chairman at the USA state structures are scheduled, followed by the meetings at political institutions, scientific-research centres, with the mass media. During meetings the party’s leader will mainly discuss the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
