A monument to former Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev will be installed near the film and concert complex �Baku’ in Moscow at the decree undersigned by Yuriy Lushkov, the Mayor of Moscow, a source at the City Administration told Interfax.
According to the same source, the bronze sculpture by Sergey Sherbakov and Natik Aliyev is given as a gift of the Azerbaijani embassy in Moscow to the Russian Federation.
"Work over architectural-decorative and working designing, as well as fabrication of architectural granite details, the installation of the monument and accomplishment of the territory is financed by the Azerbaijani embassy in Moscow,” the City Administration clarified.
