During the visit to Baku Gutters will meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and senior governmental officials. He will also visit the refugee and IDP camps in the regions of Azerbaijan to get familiar with living conditions. Major accent will be directed at unifying the efforts with the Azerbaijani government to improve their plight, the UN High commissar stressed.
