Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / Some changes are injected in Security Department of Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office. The Prosecutor General's Office reported on 19 July that the office on protection State accusation in courts, as well as office on protection state accusation in Appeal Court was established by decree of Prosecutor General of the country.
In compliance with changes officials of the Department on state accusation protection in courts were trusted by power to protect state accusation under the jurisdiction of Grave Court in Ali Bayramli, Ganja, Sumgayit and Sheki Appeal Courts. The officials of the Department on state accusation protection in Appeal Court were trusted by power to protect state accusation in Appeal Court.
Additional offices were opened in corresponding departments of the Prosecutor Office to improve quality and production in organization of state accusation protection in Court Martial, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic regional courts and in regional courts under the jurisdiction of Baku Appeal Court.
Expansion of stuff of new established offices of additional 25 places were held by professional and experienced young people, who successfully passed the entrance exams in 2002 to Prosecutor Office vacancies.
By the decree of the Azerbaijani President, certain changes were injected in corresponding state accusation of courts of the Republic due to establishing of new Appeal Courts in regions.
