Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 September / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva /The criminal case on the drug facts that was instituted against a group of 17 people including the suns of the ex-Prosecutor of Baku, Adalat Miraslanov, former Prosecutor of Azizbayov District, Rashid Hasanov and national artist Ilhama Guliyev will be considered soon. This was told Trend by Seyfaddin Aliyev, lawyer.
The investigation was finished and lawyers launched studying the materials.
Mahir Mirsaslanov, Adalat Miraslanov's son, Yalchin Hasanov, Rashad Hasanov's son, and Orkhan Nadirov, Ilhama Guliyeva's son, and 14 other people were detained during the operation held by the National Security Ministry in May 2008. The detained are accused of illegal drug (ecstasy) trafficking. Several detained were police officers.
The arrested are kept in the isolation cell in the National Security Ministry.
