A rehearsal of Eurovision-2012 Georgian representative Anri Jokhadze has been held on the Baku Crystal Hall stage in Baku today.

The singer will perform in the second semi-final with "I'm A Joker" song in Georgian and English.

Anri's show with "I'm A Joker" song is presented as a musical. During rehearsal, besides Anri, famous dancer Salome Chachua, back-up singers - Veriko Turashvili, Nino Jotsenidze, Nini Shermadini and Magda Jokhadze - Anri's sister also performed on the stage. Lasha Oniani is involved in staging.

Anri won the contest of young performers "Golden eagle", the international song contests "Caucasus Rainbow", "Songs of Three Seas", "Sea of Friends". He was awarded with the Grand Prix "Astana-2004". He graduated from the State Academy of Arts with honors. His creativity began from people's songs "Mraval zhamier", "Chakrulo", Svan hymns and other well-known works of Georgian folklore. He was recognized as the best singer in Georgia in 2005. Today he is called Georgia's first voice.

The 57th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the Baku Crystal Hall. The arena has a capacity for up to 23,000 spectators. Approximately 16,000 people will be able to attend each of the three Eurovision Song Contest live shows.

The semi-finals of the contest will be held on May 22 and May 24, while the final is on May 26. The logo for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest is 'Fire Flower', while the motto is Light your fire.

Azerbaijan won the right to host the prestigious European song contest after the victory of Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal (Ell / Nikki) at Eurovision 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany last May.
