A new conception on organization of civil defense in the educational institutions of Azerbaijan is under preparation now, a source in the Education Ministry told Trend today.
The conception is prepared in accordance with the order of Azerbaijan`s Education Minister Misir Mardanov and corresponds with the program of actions signed with the Emergency Ministry.
The actions program includes instruction of the population about states of emergency, the working out of a new conception on civil defense, holding of special trainings in the pre-school educational institutions, the working out of methods, etc.
