Azerbaijan, Tovuz / Тrend corr N. Fatullayeva / Turkish surgeons will perform plastic surgery to remove burns, birth defects, and other physical deformities that burden the residents of the Azerbaijani Tovuz region, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Huseyn Avni reported during his visit to the Tovuz region.
According to the Ambassador, the operations will be carried out free of charge, with children as the priority patients.
Tovuz is located 420km west of Baku.
