Turkmenistan aims at improving the health resort medicine, the Turkmen Dovlet Khabarlary state news service reported today.
Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's working trip was devoted to this topic.
He visited the Berzengi resort in the foothills of Kopet Dagh mountains. Its construction has entered its final stage.

According to the information, the President familiarized with the conditions created for patients and staff, developed by the specialists of the rehabilitation programs in various areas of balneotherapy.
Berzengi mineral spring contains many useful elements. It has broad therapeutic, restorative properties, strengthen the immune system, the news service said.
A special pool with therapeutic mud was constructed in the sanatorium. It is filled with mineral water. Its biologically active substances have beneficial effects in treating various diseases, including respiratory, nervous system, musculoskeletal and skin diseases, etc.
The modern equipment was installed.
The president said that clear mountain air of the countryside, favorable conditions, as well as the healing power of Berzengi mineral spring are major factors of successful rehabilitation in the sanatorium.
