Qatar Airway plans to open a direct flight on the route Doha- Baku-Doha for the next 6-8 months, chief executive director of the company Akbar Al Baker told media in Baku today.
He said that the flight will be made on the route Doha-Baku-Tbilisi and back.
Baku became 111th direction, he said. The intention to open a flight to Baku was expressed 3 years ago. The company managed to do it this year due to the shortage of aircrafts in the fleet.
