A national center for monitoring vessels from a distance, which operates under the Azerbaijani State Maritime Administration, has made contact with vessels stuck in the Sea of Azov to see if Azerbaijani citizens are on board, the administration told Trend on Monday.
"The administration has not received any information that there are," the administration said.
It added that there is no accurate data on Azerbaijani citizens on the vessels.
Six vessels are stuck in the ice in the Azov Sea near the port of Temryuk.
According to information released by media on Monday, there are ten Azerbaijani citizens on board.
