Azerbaijan’s Lankaran Canning Factory, a producer of a wide range of fruit juices and compotes operating in Azerbaijan’s Lankaran district, has determined the volumes of goods to be exported to foreign markets by the end of 2019, the company told Trend.

According to the source, the company plans to supply various types of fruit compotes to UAE, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

"According to the received order, up to 4,000 bottles of compotes will be exported to Dubai (UAE). Roughly the same amount will be sent to Kazakhstan and Georgia. Canned tomatoes will be supplied to the Russian market. The plant currently produces up to 45,000 bottles of various types of compotes, but the capacity of the enterprise allows to increase these volumes to over 50,000 bottles," the company said.

It was noted that the retail price of compotes produced by the plant ranges between 1.40 -1.80 manats in the domestic market, and that these products are exported abroad for the same price.

The products of the factory have a certificate of conformity issued by the Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents.
