A total of 151,000 tons of products were loaded and unloaded at the Shahid Bahonar port of Hormozgan Province (southern Iran) during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 20-June 20, 2020), Trend reports citing Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran (PMO).
During 3 months, 132,000 tons of products were loaded and 18,800 tons were unloaded at the port, according to the report.
“More than 87,700 tons of products were exported and 765 tons of products were imported through the port during this period,” the report said.
According to the report, 21 tons of products were loaded and 4,290 tons were unloaded for transit through the Shahid Bahonar port within 3 months.
“During the period, 44,500 tons of products were loaded, and 1,560 tons were unloaded at the port for cabotage.
As many as 27 tons of products were loaded and 12,200 tons were unloaded for other purposes.
In total, 5.45 million tons of products were loaded and 4.2 million tons were unloaded through Iranian ports.
About 4.29 million tons of products were exported through Iranian ports in three months. During this period, 2.27 million tons of products were imported through Iranian ports.
