BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. Iran’s non-oil exports from Qom Province (northern Iran), amounted to 196,000 tons worth $170 million during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2022), Chairman of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Qom Province Akbar Abdali told IRNA, Trend reports.

According to Abdali, the main exported goods from Qom Province for the reporting period were rubber products, copper wire, footwear, polyester fibers, medical supplies, and etc.

The chairman added that the mentioned goods were mainly exported to Iraq, Afghanistan, the UAE, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Syria, Russia, Azerbaijan and India.

Currently, about 2,400 industrial enterprises are operating in Iran’s Qom Province.
