The Azerbaijan’s Finance Ministry announced holding the auction on placement of state short-term bills. The auction will be aimed at placement of the state short-term bills under the state registration number 10601908S in the volume of 20 billion AZM, issued for 120 days , the maturity date of which expires on 15 March, the Baku Stock Exchange told Trend.
Thus, in 2005 the Finance Ministry announced 19 issues of bills at the summary nominal cost of 525 billion AZM or 80,77% of the emission prospect registered for the year (400 billion AZM + 100 billion AZM +150). The Ministry attracted 265,959 billion AZM during 18 issues.
