Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The placement of ordinary registered stocks of UniBank commercial bank is to begin on June 11th.
The volume of the issue is AZN 8,400,000, face value per stock AZN 2. According to the issued prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Unibank will be the underwriter for the placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization, being a member of the Baku Stock Exchange and having a brokerage license.
Shareholders have rights of advantage at purchase of the stocks until June, 13th, 2007.
