Closed Meeting of Azerbaijani, Georgian, Lithuanian & Polish Energy Ministers Held in Georgia

Georgia, Tbilisi / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / A closed meeting of Energy Ministers from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Lithuania and Poland was held in Georgia on 26 September.

The meeting will be continues during the Warsaw summit to be held in the spring. The main issue of the summit was the opening of the Odessa-Brod-Gdansk pipeline.

Eneko Landaburu, the head of the Foreign Relations Department of the European Commission, said that the EU supported Georgia on diversification of energy carriers and considers Georgia one of the key countries to deliver energy to Europe.
