In January-February 2013, Azerbaijan produced 12,000 tons of aluminium sulphate or barium, which is 2.3-fold more than the same period in 2012, Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee told Trend on Monday.
An increase was observed in all basic chemical products produced in January.

In January-February, the country produced 4,580 tons of hard polyethylene pipes, tubes and hoses, which is 32.4 percent more than the same period in 2012. Also the country produced 120 tons of porous polyurethane plates and strips, which is 25percent less than in January-February 2012.
