Iran holds open and secret talks on crude oil sales

Iran holds open and secret talks and consultations on the sale of crude oil, said Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh, Trend reports referring to Iran’s Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency.

According to Zanganeh, necessary trips in connection with the sale of oil have been made.

He added that these visits and discussions will be profitable for Iran.

The Iranian minister also said that crude oil will be put on the stock exchange for sale every week.

"The sale of oil at the energy market may take some time. Thus, [in time,] the sale of oil at the energy market will find its place, "he said.

Last week, the National Iranian Oil Company managed to sell 35,000 barrels of oil at the energy market, despite putting 1 million barrels for sale.
