BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. An auction for the placement of Silk Way West Airlines bonds will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 5, Trend reports citing the BSE.
A total of 10,000 bonds with a par value of $1,000 each with a circulation period of 36 months and an interest yield of five percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC.
Silk Way West Airlines bonds with a total value of 10 million manat ($5.8 million) were included in the listing of the standard market segment, by decision of the Listing Committee of the BSE, on April 29.
