Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan announced the results of the tender for the preparation of the technical project on creation and implementation of electronic governance system, the Ministry said.
According to the Ministry, the winner of the tender is Ultra Company, which will deal with the introduction of Megapolis DocNet. Megapolis.DocNet is based on Microsoft technology.
The tender was also attended by 14 companies from Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey and Israel.
Currently the Ultra Company implemented initial work on the implementation of e-governance.
The initial phase includes the introduction of modules "Electronic document", "Personnel management" and "Consideration of applications of citizens." This will allow to more operationally prepare and disseminate relevant documents to the intended recipient, as well as reduce the use of human resources and paper.
Module "Consideration of applications of citizens" will allow more operationally reacting to the requests from citizens and making the process more transparent, and the module "Personnel management" will increase the professional level of personnel.
The second stage provides opportunities to expand the system by adding new modules. In the future, electronic control system will be expanded to all structures, which is subordinate to the Ministry.
