ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, March 13. Turkmennebit State Concern of Turkmenistan has announced an open international tender for the purchase of pipes and rolled metal.
The tender applications should be submitted no later than 16:00 (GMT +5) on April 2, 2024 with an issued invoice for $575 (including VAT).
One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the specified address. It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format), and the technical and economic specifications (Excel format) in the tender envelope.
