BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 7. Kazakhstan is currently working on implementing 38 agricultural projects with a total worth of $3.6 billion, Trend reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
The projects being carried out in the fields of the livestock sector involve the production and processing of meat.
Other projects are implemented in the field of crop production including intensive orchards, modular greenhouse complexes, and the production of tomato paste among others.
Earlier in December 2022, the Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Yerbol Karashukeev said that Kazakhstan expects to implement 800 agricultural projects with a total investment value of 2.6 trillion Kazakh tenge (around $5.6 billion) by 2025.
