US President Barak Obama directed to allocate an amount not to exceed $9.5 million for helping forced migrants in Kyrgyzstan, Russian mass media report referring to the press service of the White House.

Reportedly, money is allocated from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund. However, it is unclear will this amount be used for helping the Kyrgyz government or it is a part of Washington's planned assistance due to recent violence in the south of the republic, news agency "24.kg" reported.
